PRESCRIPTION REFILL POLICY

If you have not been seen in last 3 months, you will need to schedule an appointment before we can refill your prescription. If you have been seen in the last 3 months, have an upcoming appointment, please send your request to refills@gmedhealthcare.com with your name as it appears on your insurance card, your date of birth, and your pharmacy information. The more detail you can provide, the better we can assist you.
